Luca joins a growing roster of local athlete partners, following NIL deals earlier this year with three Potomac State College of WVU athletes — Seth Healy, Logan Rotruck, and Adison Pritts.

A Historic Partnership: Aging & Family Services Teams Up with Potomac State College Athletes in Groundbreaking NIL Deal.
The organization has officially completed a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) agreement with three standout student-athletes from Potomac State College of West Virginia University: Adison Pritts, a freshman shortstop and utility player on the Catamounts softball team, and Seth Healy and Logan Rotruck, both sophomore standouts on the Potomac State baseball squad. To our knowledge, this is the first NIL deal of its kind — a historic agreement between a junior college (JUCO) athletic program and a nonprofit senior center — making Mineral County ground zero for an innovative new model of community partnership in collegiate sports.

July is Social Wellness Month!
Our Senior Centers play a key role in the lives of our elderly. They are a source of vital, community-based social, nutritional, and health promotion programs. The Senior Centers are community gathering places for adults aged 60 and over. Seniors can participate in activities including exercises, crafting classes, use of sports courts, table games, bingo, and more. We have daily nutritious meals and encourage friendships and fun! Maintaining socialization as we age is important for our minds and moods. Social Wellness doesn’t need to be only celebrated in July- come visit our centers Monday-Friday!
