As the bids for the new Keyser Senior Center have come in higher than we originally expected and we did not receive any of the American Rescue Plan Funding from the county we are selling the 5.25+ acres of land that we own behind the Keyser BB&T bank to help us towards our goal of beginning construction on the center. This is a great piece of property with many potential uses. We are expecting offers of around $250,000 or more.
