We could not exist without the dedication of dozens of area citizens who help each year. The time, energy, and enthusiasm of the volunteers fuel our movement and make our athletes’ dreams a reality. There is a place for everyone, and we welcome you to join us! Find the volunteer registration form below or on our Facebook page. You can return the form to our office or email it to hhaynes@wvaging.com.
We do seek We are seeking donations from individuals and businesses to help offset the cost of this event. The $40 registration fee will help offset the expense of the T-shirts and some medals. Expenses will be over $15,000 for meals and other costs.
Those making donations will receive recognition in the Olympic publication and in our quarterly newsletter which reaches over 7,000 seniors and their families in our surrounding area. Our sponsors will be promoted on our Facebook page and our website – wvaging.com. We will be preparing tote bags filled with “goodies” for the participants. If you have any small promotional items that you would like placed in these bags, we would be happy to receive them. This would be a good way to advertise your business throughout the area.
We realize that everyone is facing a difficult economic situation and appreciate your consideration and your support of our senior citizens. If you are interest in becoming a sponsor, please contact our office at 304-788-5467.
A Special Thank You to our 2025 Platinum Senior Olympic Sponsors
