We are seeking donations from individuals and businesses to help offset the cost of this event. The $40 registration fee will help offset the expense of the T-shirts and some medals.  Expenses will be over $15,000 for meals and other costs.

Those making donations will receive recognition in the Olympic publication and in our quarterly newsletter which reaches over 4,000 seniors and their families in our surrounding area. Our sponsors will be promoted on our Facebook page and our website – wvaging.com. We will be preparing tote bags filled with “goodies” for the participants. If you have any small promotional items that you would like placed in these bags, we would be happy to receive them. This would be a good way to advertise your business throughout the area.
